Warranty Terms
All products are supplied with a twelve-month warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. If a fault is suspected, the customer must return the item to us at their own expense for assessment. After inspection, we will advise whether the issue is covered by the warranty. If the fault is not covered, the customer will be responsible for the cost of repair and any associated return shipping. This warranty is offered in addition to all statutory rights applicable to customers in the United Kingdom and the European Union.
