At the centre of the company is Andy, the founder of Emerson Warwick Limited, who has a background in scientific imaging,
quantification, and the development of electronic devices and software systems.

Alongside his technical career, Andy has spent more than fifteen years in youth leadership within the voluntary sector.
This experience has reinforced his understanding of good practice, safeguarding responsibilities, and the importance of
structured support in training environments.

Andy also served as The Guardian's Diving Expert for the London 2012 Games, helping audiences understand the mechanics
and precision of competitive diving. Diving Assist brings together his scientific rigour, practical engineering skills,
and long-standing commitment to athlete development.
